"I have always praised UPS...and still will praise my delivery man. He is the nicest, most professional person you could ever meet or be lucky enough to have him as your delivery person. Your UPS info for the Ardmore, 4th. st. location sucks. I had to drive 38 miles to get there only to find they closed at 1:30. Yes i checked on your online information before i went and it said they were open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. So that was a wasted trip in several ways....gasoline, time to and back. I'm 80 yrs. of age and it is not easy for me to make a trip like that to no avail. So, yes i am very upset with UPS right now. Donna Smith"
