"We were promised a price so an appointment was made, drove 30 minutes to begin paperwork, paperwork was done and all of a sudden “price has increased” while we’re sitting in the office an offer was being made for another couple. AND they ran my credit all while negotiating with someone else as paperwork was already being signed with me. Talk about not trusting a dealership and a waste of time."

"Tried to call on Sunday morning at 11 o’clock. They probably aren’t open but they’ve cut them self short by not having any voicemail system or answering service. Their courtesy car on the kill Patrick was being driven by somebody who was impeding traffic because he was busy playing on his phone. No doubt they wish they had a voicemail system rather than having dirty laundry aired out on Google."
"Took in my 2017 MKT which was just out of warranty and had a terrible vibration in the rear end. There was an active Special Service Message related to the rear differential. They replace the part at no cost since it was a known issue and had it done in a couple of days. They communicated through the whole process and even detailed the car for us. Awesome service. Couldn’t be happier!"
