"Charles was there to help today. I’m 1300 miles from home and the cold weather killed one of the batteries on my diesel truck. I had to install the batteries because he was the only one there and couldn’t leave the store but he came out every five minutes to make sure I had everything I needed and loaned me all the tools to do the job.
