"We had a scheduled appointment to get our windshield repaired. We were supposed to be there between 3 and 4. We arrived at 3:30 but they said tech was still in Provo doing another job. (They told us they don’t travel to Provo to fix windshields which is why we scheduled in store.) By 4:00, the receptionist had left and there was still no technician. Thankfully someone showed up around 4:20 but it was still not the technician. They said they would start removing our windshield to help the process start moving. By the time the technician got there, they informed me that the new windshield had a crack in it so they couldn’t actually replace our windshield. They had to put back on our old windshield which now had cracks throughout the entire windshield instead of just a small chip that we went in with. By this time it was 5:30 (2 hours past our arrival) and they said we had to come back because they were closing. No offer of a free replacement. No discount. No apology for wasting our time. And now we have to go the entire weekend with a messed up windshield. Very disappointed in our treatment."
