"Take forever, say that appointments "weren't in the system" and proceed to take 3 hours to change your tires, then call you and are condescending and lie about things that "didn't make it onto the invoice" after you leave. You're much better off going somewhere more local than this mickey mouse show."

"My wife went to Les Schwab to get an oil change and rotate the tires rotation for they sold her last year that have about 30,000 miles on them. They called her and said they couldn’t rotate her tires and she would have to buy new ones, she told him they were under a year old and he said we can’t rotate your tires and that she’d need to buy new tires. So she ask me to go to Les Schwab to look at the tires and he came out told me the same thing and and tried intimidating me into buying new tires, he said “Your car leaves the same way it comes in.” They didn’t cite policy, laws, or point out anything about the tires, just that our car just needs them. The guy was kind of a bully so I ask for my bill for changing the oil and left. Here are the pictures of the tires Les Schwab said we had to replace. I had another company rotate them and they didn’t say anything about our tires needing to be replaced. I would not recommend Les Schwab to anyone."
