"I’ve been going to Take 5 Oil Change for years, and today was my first time going to this specific location. They ended up giving me the best experience ever! The staff— Mal and Johnathan— were very interactive and communicative. They informed me on everything going on with my car, and they immediately took me into the shop once I arrived. At other locations, I usually have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be helped… but this location had me in and out! So grateful for them, best customer service! I will definitely be back!"

"The entire staff that I interacted with were so friendly, polite and knowledgeable. As soon as I arrived Chris came to my car and gave us water bottles. I was there to get my oil changed. He explained what each option was and which was best for the type of driving, whether you do a lot of highway driving or stay in the city mostly. They topped off all my fluid, aired up my tires and checked my air filter. They did not try to pressure me into any add ones, they simply informed me of what they offer for the things I needed and if I said no, that was it. I really appreciate that. They asked if I had any other notifications on in my car besides the oil change and I told them I have a brake light that is out. I happened to have a bulb in my glove compartment and they put it on for free. I needed new windshield wipers but chose not to get them that day. They said if I buy them somewhere else I can bring them and they will put it on for free. I was really impressed by them. 10 out of 10, I recommend going to them!"
