"So I took my car to C&J and explained to Craig that my steering wheel was shaking during braking. I took it in on 3/15/24 @ 8:00. I called back just before noon to check on it. The tech said they were waiting on parts. I called and texted multiple times again to get the runaround. Ended up leaving the car overnight and picked it up at noon on 3/16/24. Keep in mind this was a basic brake job. Craig has the customer service people skills of a wet sock. I paid $206 and asked if they checked everything. Craig said he wanted to take it for a test drive but actually just pulled it out of the garage. Driving home I noticed the steering wheel still shaking. I called Craig immediately and he said he didn’t know what was wrong. I had to get to work so I told him I’d bring it back as soon as I could. The next day 3/17/24 I took it to a tire shop to check it out. Three lugs on driver side and two lugs on passenger side were barely finger tight. Wow! I could’ve had a serious accident. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND MONEY! The rebuttal from the owner/staff is exactly what I expect as you can see in many customer reviews. Rather than take ownership, they want to always blame the customer. Again if you value your safety and money, STAY CLEAR!"

"My car was having a lot of issues, and barely made it to the shop before it completely died. They were able to get my car in and out within a few hours, and were very fair with their prices. I’ve had places try to majorly overcharge me because they know I don’t know anything about cars, but this shop didn’t take advantage and even had me listen to the parts guy on the phone to assure me I wasn’t getting overcharged. This will now be the shop I go to for all my mechanic needs! 10/10"

"The maintenance performed was great. However the shop is extremely busy, so it took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. Also the owner doesn't communicate very often with you about updates. Sorta like a doctor, without bedside manners. Attitude was short when I did text him for an update, like I was rude for asking for an update. The work was done right I would recommend and go back if needed. I just like more verbal customer service with communication and all. His staff is nice and the young female mechanic explained things for me. Good customer service on her and for sure."
