"Stopped delivering mail to my house without notice, then suddenly came up with a story about one of their workers tripping and falling while doing a delivery, which was mysteriously never reported when IT supposedly happened. Then came up with an excuse about my mailbox being in an inappropriate location despite it meeting size and visibility standards outlined by the USPS. Stacking this on top of missing mail, mail, post for other addresses getting mixed into mine, and the general feeling of unwarranted hostility from the workers makes me fear for my own safety and security when this office is involved."
