"I just called this so called service shop, and the boy who talked to me on the phone was extremely rude. I just needed a quoted for a repair on my c400. I told the man child what was wrong having had it diagnosed. he asked me why I thought the timing tensioner was the problem, so I told him what it was doing and that it has already been found to be the problem. He refused to give me a quote and hung up on me. I don't see why its such a big deal to provide a price for a customer who is willing to spend a few thousand dollars at your business. who cares if you think it is the problem or not. I wasn't asking you to fix it, just a price to fix it. it is not a cheap repair so i wanted to find a good price."

"So ive had to change my review. Took in my dads mercedes for a repair. When they got it out the same day that should've been a red flag. Roll bar and back windshield visor were stuck. Repair lasted for 3 days. My dad would not let them fix it again. Sent a letter very politely asking for a 50% refund. Didnt expect anything. Didnt get anything. Hours are not great either. I recommend going elsewhere. JJ"
