I have a very hard time reconciling my experience with that of the negative review. Ray was great to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had the absolute best service possible. He did everything he could to ensure that we were taking care of, while my truck was with him and after. I found Heiliger Paint and Body and I found Ray to be a pleasure to work with. Truly an example of small town care given in a burgeoning suburb. I would highly recommend this shop."

"Owner Ray told me he would look at my wrecked car, and give my Insurance company and I a quote. This took 11 WEEKS!! All through Dec, Jan, and most of February. Of course during this time I checked with Ray several times, and was always put off. He got upset when I finally asked if he was perhaps just too busy to look at it, and he yelled "I have 34 cars here lady, it will be the next car up on the rack" Betcha NO OTHER cars were there longer than mine. And the WORST part is, it took 11 weeks to tell me, " Your car is a total loss." Would NEVER use this place again!"

"What an excellent job you did on our 2007 Ford F-150. Full body paint and repair due to hail damage. Our insurance company recommended a couple other places and stated they would stand behind their work, therefore we did stop and talk with others. However we have used Heilifigers in the past, we were happy with their work and learned they will also stand behind their jobs. Ray and his staff have been very professional, nice to work with, and we truly appreciate all your effort on this job. We will be bringing our vehicles to you when any future needs arise. "After Dianne was hit by a teenage driver, in the Sooner Fashion Mall parking lot in Norman, our Mustang wasn't driveable. So, we had the wrecker service deliver it to Heiliger's for inspection. Not only were the guy's at Heiliger's professional, they also refused to allow anyone to haul away our car until after we could get all of our personal items out of the vehicle once it was deemed totalled. They never charged a storage fee for the 10 days the car was stored at their place. Ray and his staff went out of their way to make us feel important in our time of need. They were Nice, Courteous, & Professional. We won't take our cars anywhere else. By the way, Dianne is fine and happy with her new PT Cruiser. Thanks, Ray for making this awlful experience a little easier for us."
