After having some bad experiences in other local detail shops, I called Nick and was pleasantly surprised to have an appointment offered around a holiday in which most other people are not available. "After having downed tree limbs scratch my brand new GMC I wanted to cry! Thankfully Nick explained the whole process of what he could do to getting the paint looking as best as possible! My car looks brand new! The scratches are completely gone and it looks better than when I even bought it! He said he added in a complimentary vacuum on the inside, but when I got in the car it looked like it was detailed professionally and is spotless! He definitely gave us more than we asked for.
