"Can’t say enough good about Toby and the team here. Bought a small 12 inch e- bike for my three-year-old for Christmas at a closeout price. After about a month it had an electronics issue so I called Toby up. He said to just bring it in and he would take care of it. No problem. He called me back about 10 minutes later and said on second thought to just bring it in and he would swap it out for a new one and handle the warranty on his time and dollar. I live about an hour away and they even stayed after hours for me so that I could swap the bike for My Three year-old that couldn’t go without it for a day. They have earned my business."
