After 4 months of feeling strung along, I engaged my attorney and was able to track my car to a tire shop that had been waiting two months for payment for the tires Scott had ordered for me. The owner of the tire shop told me he was about to call the DMV to have it declared abandoned. His prices were very reasonable and he seems to have a gift for working on European cars but I'm afraid I can't recommend his shop after the breach of trust."
