"The new pharmacists are absolutely horrible. Made 4 calls to the pharmacy to pick up my refill prescription and every time was told that I had no refills available despite my doctor saying there were 3 refills available. They were entirely unhelpful in looking for a solution until on the last call I was told that "oops we actually do have your prescription here, we made a mistake, but we close in 5 minutes so you're out of luck". I asked them to give me some solution so I wouldn't miss taking my important medication that day and they said there was nothing they could do, and refused to send my prescription to another pharmacy. They did not apologize and seemed offended that I was requesting them to offer a solution to get me my medicine for the day. Once I pickup my refill tomorrow I will be choosing a different pharmacy and never returning to shop here. Horrible and unhelpful service."
