"I went into AutoZone off of 4100 s and on 5600 w today to get some oil for my car and met Linda after I discovered the oil container I grabbed was leaking. In fact this container of oil, as turns out, was the culprit for the oil slick that had leaked onto and down the shelving unit and into a puddle on the floor. I ended up with oily hands as a result. I sought some help from an employee and Linda came to my rescue by taking the container from me, replacing it with a magic rag for my hands and a new container of oil. At the register she made sure I got the best deal by upselling me to the special of getting an oil filter along with my oil purchase. I asked her if by chance she knew of a good mechanic anywhere and she quickly referred me to a mechanic that she knew that just so happened to be in the store at the same time as me! She has a bright persona with a warm and welcoming smile to match! She made sure that I was well taken care of and I left the establishment a happier man than when I walked in! I give Linda 5 stars for her amazing customer service and I look forward to the next time I patronize this AutoZone location!"
