"The tires were on a good deal. They installed them and they seem like very good tires. The only thing that was disappointing is that they didn't put quite enough air in the tires so that the sensors indicated that I had a low tire and I had to go someplace else to top off the pressure. Since then they have been great."

"Went for a full synthetic oil change on 11/30/2023. Wait time was over an hour and this was the end result. I noticed oil dripping in my garage, and when i looked underneath the vehicle, I found the issue. The technician forgot to tighten the oil drain plug. This is unacceptable. Walmart, you need to do better"

"Called abt Black Friday tires in stock 11/9/23 @11am, lady answered said yes we have 6 Goodyear 215/60/16 in stock. Said I’ll be in shortly (1/2hr) to get 4 installed… get there and no tires at all! I think this was a bait and switch for more expensive tires. Anyways this lady who answered my phone call today 11/9 @ 11am’ish (please look it up Wally) at AF tire center wasted my time, energy, miles, gas, etc. Why would she lie abt tires in stock??? Not the 1st bad experience I’ve had here. Also had problem trying to get a warranty pro rated towards new tire in 2021 when original tire (paid extra for warranty) got a flat. They ended up not honoring the pro rated warranty towards the new one. Oh yeah… forgot to mention one time I got a oil change & tire rotation… upon leaving, I noticed my Reeses peanut butter cup was 1/2 missing lol - they literally opened the package, ate 1 peanut butter cup, then left the evidence for me to see on the passenger seat. I thought it was pretty funny actually… but still not professional."

"The price is a 5 star but the service is a 3 star due to the wait times so you need to go mid-day to use this service or just plan to get dropped off. I like to pretend I am spending the $100 I have paid at other shops and then buy $40 of stuff I don't need. Seriously, if you need to shop around anyway then this place will work out. They will also check out a few items for you in the auto center if you want to; they just can't weigh any produce. Sometimes I check out in the front of the store, take my bags and my receipt and walk back to the auto center; honestly this feels a little weird but it works. I have been here around 20 times and have never had them make an error so given the other reviews I must be lucky."

"I have done oil changes at Walmart for years. The experience has been similar to the reviews below. Long wait times, random hours etc. this time it was not the case. I was honestly surprised I was in and out of the door within 45 minutes. Able to do some shopping while I waited which was nice. I checked 6 other oil change places and everyone was charging at least $90 for a full synthetic oil change. Walmart did it for $50. Overall, I was pleased with my service. I hope they keep building off of that."
