"We are new to the area and researched local businesses that service lawn mowers. We have two push mowers that we generally get serviced each year. Service meaning, new spark plug, change oil, and clean underdeck. We decided on this local “family owned” business that had good reviews. Upon picking up one of the lawn mowers it was a complete mess. It had been left out in the rain, there was mud and gravel all over the tires and nothing under the deck had been cleaned off. The cost was $105.10. When we got it home, we spent our time cleaning it up ourselves. We spent $60 on the second mower. The only thing they did on that one was run a diagnosis and tell us it was a transmission problem. We agreed to not have any work done on that one. Very disappointed in how this business does not seem to take pride in their work. Nor do they seem to want to please what could have been a long term customer. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend them for routine service on a push mower."

Compared to a big box I might have paid a little more at this small business, but i guarantee if i have any issues they will answer their phone and work with me to resolve it. At a big box you are a number with this store you are a valued customer! I'll definitely be back to support them and buy local!"
