"After being up all night dealing with doctors, insurance, and my daughter at ER I went home and took a nap with my 14month old. After two hours of sleeping I then went to drop off her prescription at smith. As I was walking in to the store i got a call from a doctor. I stayed on the phone when i dropped it off and asked the worker when it would be filled, he told me in 20 minuets. I came back 20 min later and they were closed... my 14 month old had to go with out her meds .... The guy who helped me was really rude had glasses blond spiky hair... I wish i had his name... This morning I had Irma helping me. I came through the drive through. She gave me my prescription and I asked if you take it twice a day or what the directions were, she than told me that she hasn't read the directions and that I should read them myself and that they were in the bag.... Umm are you kidding me ?! I don't want to be rude but don't they get paid to fill our prescriptions and explain the directions.... Ive never had such a bad experience before with any other pharmacy! I love how friendly everyone is at the store but they have some rude people working at the pharmacy. After all they should always assume that their costumers are dealing with a lot so the least they could do is be nice to them. I wasn't happy going to ER and seeing my little one being poked with needles and then not getting her prescription.... For a mother its hard enough already ! That was the last thing I needed after I was up all night! I really hope next time I come they will be nicer.. else I will just have to talk to them myself!"
