"Most of the staff here are good but there is a lady, who is incredibly grouchy and rude to her co-workers and the customers. The first time I interacted with her I thought, "Wow, this lady is having a really bad day". But no, EVERY TIME she is like that. It is awkward to stand there while she berates and belittles her coworkers and gets mad at you. Get your prescriptions filled anywhere else. It will be done in half the time and with half the attitude."

"Great friendly service. Interesting reading the negative reviews, they complain about having to wait a couple of extra minutes. You would be lucky if the wait was only 20min at the big box pharmacies."

"As far as a pharmacy goes, this place does the job. I feel it is an excellent place if you are a personal friend or neighbor of the guy who runs the pharmacy. But if you’re just an ordinary customer, you’ll feel like it. I’ve had to wait while excessively long personal conversations have occurred between the staff and customers. On the plus side, the refill app is great for ordering refills."

"Now this pharmacy is a rare find! I hesitate reviewing it only because I do not want to share this hidden gem! But alas it’s the right thing to do! Here you will feel like a valued customer! They go above and beyond what ANY other pharmacy will do for their clientele. They take big insurance companies by the horns and teach Drs how to do their jobs! If they saw patients in a side booth I would proudly name these people my doctors....but for now I will settle for calling them the best pharmacist/pharmacy in Utah!"

"Dick's Pharmacy has always given me accurate information and prescriptions. I've never had a problem or mistake. Lisa, the manager is amazing and will take time to answer any questions, regardless of how busy she is. The techs are awesome and will take time to help with calling docs to calling other pharmacies to get information. I love Dick's Pharmacy and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dorothy Jensen"
