"Takes more than an hour to get a flu shot when there were no other customers. They are picking their noses while preparing medicines. Then they sit and talk rudely about customers with mental disabilities. I could not believe how entirely unprofessional the entire staff was being. If you can go elsewhere I highly recommend you do."

"Most of the staff are nice, except for the elderly pharmacist lady. She changes the rules on when you can pick up your medication, then she never owns the mistake. I have been denied my medication for anxiety by her. She felt I didn’t need it. This is not her place to decide. If the pharmacy has different rules then what the insurance refills allow, then they should be posted. Not to lie and make up new rules every month. There has been no problems with the other staff. Just this one. She needs to retire. But I will not stay with them because of her."
