"Never ever do business with this company. If you just googled them to learn about them before using their services stay away. I signed my father up for services because it is who his assisted living facility used and assumed it would be the easiest way to get his prescriptions. His declining health has made it harder and hard to get him good access to good care. It was fine for a while until my father qualified for Medicaid due to his declining health. He ended up needing to move into a nursing home due to his declining health. We stopped using them when that happened. Turns out that they were not billing his Medicaid for coverage. They came after me (more on that later) for co-payments not covered by his Medicare. I tried to work this out with them and they just threatened me. The best part is they tried to come after me, his son, because I was the one who authorized services on behalf of my father. Somehow they think they get to put me on the hook for any debt my father is unable to pay. I tried to get this cleared up with them and they just told me they were see me in court. I a looking forward to presenting this information in a court of law."
