"Our SUV happen to break down on our way to a wedding and my family was on a time crunch. We used our phone to look up a towing and repair service. They were the first to offer their services and were able to tow our suv within 30 minutes. The nice gentleman even dropped us off at a car rental near by because I knew the situation wasn't a quick fix. Within minutes we had our rental and headed to Mike's Service Center. They were very honest about the situation, took very good care of us, and even didn't charge us to keep our suv there. Because they saw our needs and time situation we were able to make it to the wedding on time. Reviews speak for themselves and I highly recommend them if you are ever in the area. "Don't judge a book by its cover. This shop may not be fancy but they are amazing! Customer service was outstanding, very friendly staff, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had to have our entire engine replaced and thank goodness we found Mike's. The first shop we took it to had horrible customer service so we took it to a second shop that quoted us WAY too much. 3rd time was a charm! Mikes quoted us TWO THOUSAND less than the 2nd shop, did an amazing job in a short amount of time, and our car is running like a dream. Thank you guys for being incredible!"
