"Tuesday before turkey day my so called roommate stole my car. My car was not road ready. He got pulled over because of no tag and no insurance. So my car got impounded . My so called roommate also took my mother's keys to her car so I called Lanes Towing to ask him if the keys were in the car He lied, He told me that nothing was in the car. The impound yard is at his house which I don't think that the location is not zoned for a business but because of the holiday and 899.00 later I go to pick up the car and low and behold the keys to my mother's car were there. 150.00 later to get keys made for my mom's car all because he lied He doesn't have good people skills. So remember this if you ever need a tow don't use Lanes Towing he charges way to much He needs not to be running a tow company. Plus he lies."

"It's ran out of the owners house. Tells you one price then that same afternoon it will b we a different price to get your car out of his yard.. always rude. Would not recommend"

"I went to lanes towing yard to pick up an auto . I was paying with a check , I requested a copy of the invoice for charges due ! The woman became upset got on the phone and yelling into the phone called myself the driver at the time a douche bag for requesting an Invoice receipt . I then asked are you seriously referring to me in derogatory terms ? she then screamed at me stop listening to my phone call , yelling ordered me to get off their property ! I then called the owner of lanes, towing, explaining how unprofessional this was as I also own a towing company And that it was completely uncalled for and disrespectful the owner of lanes Towing offers no apology or sympathies for his employees aggressive actions.. if this is the kind of professional courtesy for a fellow towing company owner that they offer or the type of customer relations that they offer when asking for an invoice receipt, I’m not sure if I would refer this company to anybody after this negative experience that took place today completely uncalled for completely not professional. Completely none apologetic !"

"They, add an awful situation better. They are the most reasonably priced impound company around, we would have lost the vehicle if it were any other company as most charge astronomical dailey rates . We came on a Sunday and they were kind enough to waive the weekend fee. Seemed like good people, e who takes each customer on am individual basis. I truly appreciated their prices and overall attitude . Getting a car impounded is never good but they were a bright spot."

"This is the drama you have to go through to get your car off the grounds of this towing company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone of color or you’d be considered as “one of them”, and once you try to stand up for yourself and speak up you get threatened to get beat up by the children of the resident/business. After the second call and second officer to have to come out to the property to speak with this so called business man we were able to regain RIGHTFUL possession of the property. The response to the reviews will let you know EXACTLY the type of redneck hillbilly resident/business they are supposedly running….. Notice his response will be somewhere along the lines of me or anyone else with a negative comment being a “liberal” I’m sure. Let’s get some popcorn and wait for this childish response, you all be the judge on this so called professional businesss."
