"Called to see if they had 2 16-ply tires for my truck. They said they did. I get there, wait about 2 hours, then they put the tires on. I asked the guy putting them on if they were 16-ply and he didn't know. There's no marking on the tire either. I go to pay and ask that guy if they were 16-ply and he said they were 14-ply and that they don't keep a whole lot of 16-ply tires in stock. They charged me $1200 total which is what I would normally pay for 16-ply. I only run 16-ply up front but now I have to run these overpriced tires bc I had a load to drop and it sounds like they didn't have 16-ply anyway. The guy who rung me up acted like it was no big deal. Yeah, just the 2 most important tires on a truck. I dont like 14-ply up front at all but now im stuck with them. I'll never do business here again. I've never seen a shop that hardly carries 16-ply. That just blows my mind."
