"Recently hosted my son's birthday party at BOUNCE Owasso, and it was an absolute blast! Both kids and adults alike had a fantastic time bouncing around and enjoying the various attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and responsible, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for a better experience - we absolutely love this place! Highly recommend for anyone looking to host a fun and memorable event. 5 stars all the way"

"The staff is helpful throughout the entire process and maintain an impressive balance of safety with fun. The safety video is a perfect start! - the proverbial “calm before the storm”:) After the rules, the staff guided us into the 1st of 3 bounce rooms we would visit. Each one unique and more importantly- FUN! That well orchestrated progression kept everyone engaged and excited all the way to the private party room. Highly recommended!!"

"Parents if you’re looking for more info on BOUNCE OWASSO, read this review! Here’s the info that SHOULD be on their website but you don’t find out until after booking. When you arrive you go into the first room where the kids have to watch a 5 minute safety video and then only have 10 minutes to play in what they call the “dodgeball area”. You are then moved to another room for the next 30 minutes where there are 3 med/big inflatables, a very small ball pit and a couple video game systems. (Be mindful in this room, one of the 4 year olds at our party got stuck INSIDE of the middle inflatable and one of the parents had to get in an physically pull her out and another child also got stuck inside of the same inflatable on the same day and also had to have an adult get them out!!). Then you are moved again to another room for 30 minutes where there are 3 big inflatables. Then after that you get led to your party room where you have 30 minutes to eat, have cake, cupcakes ect., and open gifts. (We opted out of doing food because I was worried about fitting all of that into 30 mins and good thing we did because we ran out of time just between eating cake and trying to open gifts). If you’re having a party for ages 1-4, they will definitely need help with almost every inflatable. The floors are concrete and the mats they have don’t cover the entire area where the kids are getting on and off. If you’re considering booking here, I’d highly suggest doing a walk through before you put down a deposit because they are non refundable. I made the mistake of putting down my deposit before doing a walk through and even after expressing major concerns about having my 3 year olds party there and that I felt very misled by their website they refused to refund my deposit even with it having only been a week since I had booked. I unfortunately couldn’t justify loosing the money and just hoped for the best but upon arriving and putting my daughters socks on I was met with the surprise about having to now buy “in-house” socks and when I told them I wasn’t informed about that the manager said I was lying. I’m not sure why I would bring her own grippy socks if I was informed ahead of time that I had to buy theirs but is was very unsettling to be treated that way the day of my daughters party. (They do have it on their website that you must wear in-house socks now, but when I book her party in January, this was not anywhere on their website or in the email I received). They did bring in the owner and he ended up taking off the cost of the socks but not before having to spend 20+ minutes of my daughters party explaining the situation and why I was very upset with this experience. Also I had several guests taken to the wrong place by the address and have to call me because there are no signs on the road. They also broke one of my cake stands and hung my daughters happy birthday banner over a chalkboard that had writing on it and lost one of my balloons. We also had exit out the very back door and walk completely around the building to get back to our vehicles after the party was over. So all in all, this was a very disappointing experience."

"I was a guest for a birthday here. First, the address took me to the wrong place, when I called the already busy party host to drop an accurate pin I had to turn around. The building does not have large signs so be sure to look at the door and hope you don’t miss it. The first room we entered was very tight fitting and strangers from other parties kept coming in to use the bathroom (not very “private party” if you ask me) in another room another party guest whom was 4 years old got stuck INSIDE of the inflatable, so much so that we could only see her feet and hands! (in which she was doing exactly what a “staff member” was doing in one of their Facebook photos) although we were told the inflatables were appropriate for her age. At the end of the party my children and I had to exit to the back of the building and on the opposite end of the parking lot as we entered because there was another party in the room next door. Overall, my kids and I agreed this was the worst party venue we have been too. We ended up going to McDonald’s after the party to eat and play because there wasn’t enough time at the party for food."
