"It's only convenient because it's here in town???.... But they usual always charge/bill insurance wrong which I'll have to point out (imagine the money whoever collects for the people who don't catch this flub-up?!?), they given me someone else's rx (which makes me wonder how often this happens & if others have gotten mine rx, etc. Ummm, hello? HIPPA!), they don't have my rx ready when I go to pick them up or they don't have my rx even there on their shelf in the store & has to order it to be ready on a different day! I know every place makes mistakes & I'm far from perfect, but should I hate having to tell my doctors before they prescribe me something, they better call my small town pharmacy where I live because they don't carry most everything! And what's sad, is most the doctors come back saying they're glad they called because sure enough, your pharmacy didn't have rx needed. It's very frustrating."
