"A car with 215k was needing some TLC and I trust these guys to do it and do it right. They have. Up until today. It went from a 1300.00 dollar spark plug repair to a leaking radiator and now to a split intake boots and another $700 Dollars worth of O2 sensors . How about fixing the leaks from your first job then testing the O2 sensors. They seemed to be working back when I brought the car in the first time . Sorry it doesn't seem to make sense. I will go somewhere else. You have enough of my money."

"You guys made up for it today, but I feel when a paying customer walks in, you greet them right away and then get back to what you're doing. I walked in and stood there for a couple min before I was asked what I needed. I should've just walked out for that. I don't know who the other guy was but today this guy was a lot better. We all work and have bad days, busy days but you got to stay professional when you're on the clock. I'll go ahead and give you guys 4 stars because I know you all work hard. But probably won't be coming back again. I used my Groupon today thinking I would only pay a few dollars more which sometimes happens. I understand I got a new air filter but then I got charged $69 for the filter and taxes. That's way too much. I got an oil change earlier today for my wife's vehicle at the MURRAY location. I was greeted right away. On top of that I also got a new air filter for my wife's vehicle as well. There was a little delay with the oil change there but after all was said and done they only charged me $31. They didn't even charge me for replacing the oil drain plug. Take note, that's what you call customer service and probably gave me a deal maybe due to the wait but still $31 vs $69 that's a big difference."
