"I went in needing a car ASAP bc our old car was deemed as total loss bc of the hail damage last June. I was a first time buyer, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I should’ve done my research beforehand regarding purchasing a car from a dealership. I was there from 8am till 1pm. Mike the manager was our salesperson, Daniel was our finance person. Read everything before signing anything. Everything is good aside from the financial side of things. I should’ve read more into what interest rates they had to offer, monthly payments, extra fees, does having good credit score actually apply to having a lower interest rate? & the out the door price. These are the things that are good to know for a first time buyer. With the time crunch we had, we just went with whatever they gave us which wasn’t that smart but it is what it is. I definitely recommend going to your bank to finance anything maybe you can get a better interest rate & monthly payments. Michael the manager & Daniel are cool people."

"My car was at the Kia dealership for over 2 weeks... Mind you, we paid almost double what they initially said it would cost. The day I was supposed to get it back they “found” something else wrong. I get my car back and there is a part broken from the TOP of my car, whenever they were working under the hood and THROWN in my cup holder, unfixed!! The dealership proceeded to use a "kit" (glue) to fix it. The lady told me she’d “talk to her manager” but would not address taking money off of the over $1200 bill they charged me! So unprofessional, so disappointed. Will not be bringing my car back to this dealership. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE others to take their business elsewhere where your time, money, and most importantly YOU are respected. They are trash!"

"Avoid. While they seemed super nice. I want to start by saying i had An appointment at 5:45 pm, and we sat waiting, and no one helped us until 7:00. Also they will make your payments sky rocket. I most Definitely would have taken the car off the lot, but the original payments the guy told me were so high and told him no thank you. Then he came back with another offer. Still way too high. Tell me why a $9,000 USED car, which was in very low mid condition, estimated at $6.3k. Ended up after payments, and 60 months. At $18,000 and that is before my very large down payment. When i went To leave they followed me out trying to continue to sell me the car. While i would Have taken it, the prices were so high. Look for another dealer. They will lie, lost me when they chose to lie. Even if prices had gone down, customer service failed"
