"The only reason I gave the Durant OK CVS one star is because the system wouldn’t advance with zero stars. I waited in line for four hours today to pick up a routine prescription. I don’t know if the problem is poor management or corporate greed, but my local CVS has been short-staffed for a few years now. The employees do their best, but they need more people. It has gotten progressively worse and after today’s wait, I’m done. I’m changing pharmacies."
