"I told loves repair shop the semi truck’s trailer could not be fixed on the side of the highway. It has an air brake leak and needs two tires.They sent a parts changer to come out and fix my tire. He looked at it and said I don’t have that air brake part, it will have to be towed to the shop. I told them I needed a trailer tire as well. He brought that but someone forgot to tell him my tractor needs a tire too. Again He had to drive all the way back to the shop to get a second tire. I said why are they not just calling a tow truck, as you will not be able to repair the air brake issue. Just cage the air brake system and get the tow truck. Been waiting for 5 hours, on the side of the freeway. He’s going to fix my tires and cage my trailer brakes when he comes back. Then have a truck tow it? Why didn’t the parts changer have the tools and knowledge of how to fix this problem. Ohh he’s not a technician just a parts changer!"

"I do not advise to come here, I waited one hour, there is no one here. I called an hour later and they said they were closed."

"Headed to Texas, needed wheel bearing packed. Guy said had to finish current job and another one then we'd be next. After watching nothing happen for nearly 3 hours my husband checked on time estimate. Then the guy said he didn't know when he'd get to us the truck in the bay had been there 2 days waiting on parts. I mean really! He couldn't have told us that 2 hour earlier?"

"Been here since 10 am for an oil change & it’s already 5 pm & the mechanics are just walking around doing nothing, chatting, and using their phones. When I got here there were only 3 people ahead of me for oil change & 2 of them are still here since like 7 am. The mechanics just switched shifts & the new mechanic that just got here is standing there chatting with another mechanic instead of working. I was just told that I was next & ln the list showed I was the next one & now they are telling me that they have another truck ahead of me.Worst Loves Tire Service I have ever been too."
