"My vehicle was in there for a little over 5 weeks and I was only able to get a hold of them 3 times on the phone. I had to drive up there every other time I needed to check on it. Ended up not being able to diagnose my original problem and that is fine, but the lack of communication on there part is bad customer service. I've been a few times in the past and had better service, but I recall it was hard to contact them on the phone then too. Definitely gonna go somewhere else next time."
"They've been super helpful in letting me have my car sit until I could manage my purchase for a new transmission. Yes they are busy which is a good thing, thanks Brandon and the full staff. Looking forward to getting the work done once the transmission arrives."
"I called to see how much it would cost to get heater on my truck fixed she said to bring it In too see, I drove by and it was no parking at all even after circling the block a few times I called back and no answer so I guess they don't even care so why should I."
"I took my car in October for a diagnostic check. Three months go by and they tell me it was a problem with my fuel injector, $400 they said. I told the, perfect, fix it and I’ll pick it up the following day. I call to see if it’s ready and then they explain that when they put it together that the engine is making a loud clanking and may need a new engine ($3500). I ask how did this happen? They explained that because it was sitting there so long that fuel may have leaked into an area of the engine compartment and separated something (they weren’t sure). I asked them to call me when they figure it out? My car has now been there going on seven months and is in worse condition than when I brought it in. I’ve called religiously every week for SIX months asking for someone to call me back and they never do. Basically I took my car in with a fuel injection problem and they let it sit there so long another area of the engine broke down due to thief negligence, and now I can’t even get someone to call me back and let me know what is going on."
"Our truck was in the shop for two months! Whenever we would call they would tell us that he would call us back and he never did. We had to buy another truck because we could never get a hold of them. When we finally did pick up the track it was something very minor. Frustrating do not recommend this garage."
