Scott and Mykala are very professional and friendly, and work around my schedule, to make appointments, for my vehicle maintenance, Ford Escape and my Ford Raptor. These two individuals answer all my questions, return my phone calls, and/or locate quickly parts if needed. You are not just a number, when you go to this service department, you are a person. Another important area in their service department is you actually get a chance to talk to the technician that did the maintenance. These folks will let you know the work they did, or will recommend preventative maintenance, to help avoid major issues in the future. When talking with Klement Ford Service Department, from the Service Advisor, to the Technician, to the Parts Department, these folks TAKE THEIR TIME TO TALK TO YOU AND EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO! "Dealership did not take my concern seriously and check out what I ask them to. Service manager said it was a common caliper problem that made the grinding sound on the mornings on the first time the vehicle was backed out when the wheel was turned. I asked him to check it out anyway, which he said he would. But he was wrong. Immediately after I left, first store I stopped at and backed out and turned my wheel, same grinding noise. And every since then. Very disappointing that they didn’t take the time to drive it, back it up and turn the wheels to recreate the problem. Now I will have to take the time another day to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Have always been happy with this dealership every other time they have serviced my vehicles, but they weren’t on their A game that day."
