"Would be 5 stars if it weren't for one bad employee! Great experience having a new set installed and the gentleman recommended increasing psi on rears when hooking up camping trailer to travel home. When I stopped on my way out of state a different, large bald employee took my request but totally brushed me off and lied about increasing to 60 psi. 200 miles down the road they were 48 and 51. Just one bad egg, I guess, at a suburb shop!"

"These guys are fantastic. We went to vacation to Bryce Canyon, and had a rental van. The van had a nail in the rear tire, and the spare had a cut in it. We were able to get to Orton's on the spare, and they started work on the flat immediately. We were there about 20 minutes and were able to continue with our vacation. They really stepped up and saved our day. We could not be happier. I wish there were more honest, hard working independent shop owners such as these gentlemen."
