Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

"My 14 yr old and 8 yr old had an absolute blast over Spring break. We stayed for over 6 hrs and they never once ran out of things to do. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and we will be coming back again soon!"

"We are locked into a membership here and would cancel if it was possible. We've been going about 6 months now and half the attractions never work or are down. Basketball was one of the main reasons we wanted a membership but it has always been closed and has dust all over it because they haven't even touched it. The slide volcano is not safe and so we brought it to their attention. Mario the manager told us this is completely up to standard and safe for play. Even younger kids said that it looked sketchy while we were standing next to it. There was also a sharp screw piece on the floor by the playground area that had fallen off the equipment. It has a lot of great potential but unfortunately we haven't seen any improvements in the time we have been there. The trampolines are the only thing that are good every time."

"Fun day and my boys enjoyed the place for the most part. Price for 3 of us was $90+ for a single day, which is not to bad if the place was a little better kept. A couple of areas for were broke down or closed off due to broken equipment. My biggest issue though is cleanliness. Management should really invest in a deep cleaning team to address the overall cleanliness. Dust collecting in every corner, even on the main stairwells. A lot of the vinyl padding is stained or discolored. Bathrooms had terrible urine smell. Most of the staff was really nice but a few were obvious lazy and could care less about customer experience. I would go back but would want to see an improvement to overall cleanliness and customer experience"
