"I overheard a conversation between the two mechanics about pricing a vehicle repair. They did not realize I was right there. They both were coming up with strategies to make it cheaper for the client. Very impressed. Yes he does not have the greatest attitude but he doesent need to be nice to me he needs to be honest and good at what he does. Which he is. So, if you want a mom and pop with an honest mechanic come here but if you want someone to stroke your ego and charge you crazy prices go somewhere else. Treat them with respect and they will do the same."
