"took our car in before thanksgiving. we called every couple of weeks because we never heard anything from them. when we would call, they said they hadn't looked at it yet because they were busy/the holidays were happening. i can understand that part. we called at the beginning of march, and they said they couldn't do anything because it was electrical and they don't mess with that stuff. could've mentioned that in the beginning when we dropped it off. we go to pick it up, and the car is completely dead, meaning they hadn't started in quite awhile. they should have called whenever they decided that they couldn't work on it, instead of us calling every couple of weeks with the same response. thanks for the great help."
