"They ask so many unnecessary questions like what are you doing up in Gainesville? Why is your address different, umm maybe because I have two properties!! Is that not uncommon? Chelsea is rude. Choose a different profession, ma’am. Your parents didn’t teach you kindness, did they?"

"Called 2 times in advance to be sure a prescription was ready and both times I was told it was but when I arrived to pickup the prescription I was told it was not and the actually were completely out of the medication."

"I now remember why I stopped using this pharmacy. I have never met a more unhelpful, rude pharmacy in my life! They were less than helpful but had time to compare tattoos with other customers? I will pay full price to go somewhere other than this pathetic excuse of a pharmacy!"

"My husband had to have a procedure done, one Friday. We found out on Wednesday @5pm that same week. Two other pharmacies did not have the prescription needed prior to the surgery. I made contact with Donna & Rene’ make sure they had the medicine in stock. Once we got there, The prescription had not yet been transferred. Donna & Rene’ contacted them & got the script moved to Walmart pharmacy before they closed. They even tried to help us find a coupon when our part D insurance would not cover the cost of the needed medication. They were very friendly, speedy, & knowledgeable. Loved doing business with Walmart Pharmacy!"

"The worst people! So rude and no manners or care. Even when my doctor called to see about why they weren't reciecing my script they got rude with her. I will never go here. They need to be trained and have a smile not be rude and unhelpful. The most disrespectful people. I will for sure report this behavior and I hope others do as well. No reason for this."
