"Only 2/4 chargers in service and one is only the 150 kW. Had to wait 20 min to start charging."

"#3 would not charge.it said charging started then after a minute shut down, 3 times. Wasted 40 minutes in Walmart while car was not charging. No open spot to move and try a different bay there."

"The worst! On our way down to St. George it Took over 30 minutes just to get it to work after moving around and trying every single charger there. On the way back to salt lake, we spent over an hour trying, 45 minutes on the phone with them, and s so didn't get it working after an hour."

"On my way back from California. I use the electrify America app to see what stations are available and work. Upon arriving most of the charging stations I’ve been to (scipio, st George, beaver) haven’t been great. Only giving this 2 stars because it charged the first time. I’ve called customer service at least a 6 times within 9 days. There’s 4 stations at this location and only one works here which is really inconvenient for other cars. I hope they can maintain the charging stations better. Nearly all stations claim they’re fast chargers but most don’t go past 60-90 kw which leaves you stuck here charging for about 30-40 min"
