"Very poor customer service from the body shop. I got into an accident, I took my truck over to have an estimate done it took them 3 weeks to get me a full estimate. Oscar who is over the body shop is a complete Jerk. He has no customer service skills at all. He lied to me the whole time they had my truck, he even went behind my back though my insurance company & had things done behind my back. They took my truck apart without my consent & refused to give me my truck back. Oscar was going to charge me over $11,000 to fix my truck adding parts that did not need to be replaced. I ended up going elsewhere to get my truck repaired under $7,000 due to Oscar's lies & poor customer service I'm done with this body shop. Don't wast your time with this Jerk"

They were crazy busy and he told me, I'm going to do everything possible to get you going. They were all great and I will be forever grateful for the great service we received. Something you don't always get anymore.."

"Shout out to the service department! My truck has been there twice since summer for some service / warranty work. There was some confusion due to staff change and floating paperwork; it happens. I think I have spoken to every service team member at this point. Each employee has gone out of their way to keep me informed and address my concerns regardless of them not being my assigned point of contact. If they don’t have an answer they will walk straight into the garage or even call someone at home to get the answer…. Oops! Sorry guys! I brought some questions and concerns to the service manager Aaron that could have been easily dismissed and referred back to the technician. Instead, he took an hour out of his day to answer my questions and get a full understanding of the trucks symptoms. He is very knowledgeable on any known issues or recalls and possibilities beyond the basic diagnostics. This is hands down the best service I have ever had from a dealership. Things don’t always go perfectly smooth, but I am very appreciative on how things are being handled and how helpful everyone at the dealership is. They’ve made a great experience out of something that could have easily become a cliche Dealership horror story."
