"Always a great experience. Big kudos to the staff. Always professional, helpful and friendly. Every time command changes systems the folks have to learn the new procedures and processes."
"Getting through by phone is almost impossible.....SAFB pharmacy requires to call and confirm the doctor did prescribe the medicine before they fill the prescription. A person could die before getting their meds! Sometimes it takes two or three DAYS to get through!"
"Up until today refilling a script was a really good experience ...BUT, On Sunday I ordered a refill...informed pickup on Wednesday...okay On Jun 3 @2:30 PM I was told to come back later. Today, June 5th, @ 12 PM I called the pharmacy to find out if my script I requested Sunday was ready... it was filled on Monday. Upon arrival at @2 PM to pick up the script at the pharmacy was told not ready come back later. And, The PHARMACIST had not reviewed the prescription yet."
"More than once I've waited for my prescription only to be told after an hour that it is out of stock. This wouldn't be a problem if the technician at the window when I checked in confirmed the meds I was receiving. If they know at check in that I need a medication that is out of stock, why can't they tell me that to begin with. I realize I'm a retiree and considered not important to them, but still... from now on I will go elsewhere and pay out of pocket for my meds."
"The new system began with total chaos but is now beginning to do what it was designed to do. Service is getting better as we learn how to use the system. The problems are not the making of the pharmacy staff but rather the system . With time, all will be much more efficient. Give the workers a smile and a kind word, They work with the tools they're given"
