"Got rear ended so I came here because reviews. They seemed pretty good at communication. They worked directly with insurance so that was easy. I asked for an issue to be fixed three different times and clearly let them know what that was. When I went to pick up car they acted like it was never brought up. And it was not fixed. Rear door that they did fix…( the paint was matched well ) has a rattle thing in there like they left a piece of junk inside or something. Rear windshield wiper wouldn’t work so I had to go back THREE TIMES until they could wrap that up. Now rear door is not working again because … they didn’t replace all the parts. So I’m waiting to go back again once parts come in. Overall decent job. I just wish they would have been WAY WAY more thorough with the job. And actually Listened and fixed what I repeatedly asked for. They were supposed to call me about the unfixed part but never did get back with me. 1/5 stars attention to detail 2/5 communication and timeliness 5/5 friendliness"

"Went here for a quote after hitting a deer on the freeway just a couple miles south of Cedar City. Saw the good reviews and thought they might be the perfect place to get my car fixed. Never heard from them again and had to drive my damaged car all the way to Salt Lake just to get it fixed while scratching my tires to get there. No communication whatsoever."

I had a few extra things I wanted done while the truck was apart and they had no problem getting these done, for a fair price too.
