"All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. It is very convenient that they have a 15 minute strep test. It was very quick. However, the pharmacist who administered it basically just stabbed the back of my throat 20 times with the swab. It was like he wasn't looking what he was doing, and just blindly swished around. I've never had a strong gag reflex during a strep swab (and I've had them countless times), but I almost puked on him. Slow down, look, and be gentle! Worth the wait to go to insta-care and not be choked."
"One of the worst pharmacy, the people who work there are so rude treats everyone like they are beneath them or like they are druggies even if ur getting antibiotics would not go there. They need to get all new staff"
"Lin's pharmacy saved our bacon. Our son needed an antibiotic, that at the time was in very short supply. After a horrible experience at another pharmacy and a big mix up, Lin's not only had the prescription in stock but took the initiative to help us right before closing and got us the prescription we needed. Great customer service."
"The Pharmacy offers strep throat tests! Best experience ever. It took less time than going to the doctor & was less expenses since I do not currently have insurance. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommend this option if you're self pay or just for the speedy convenience."
"Worst customer service! Switched to lins pharmacy after moving. They take hours to fill prescriptions. Repeatedly told them not to fax my old primary care physician and they still did SEVERAL TIMES. Resulting in me not having my medication for days. The last straw was being out of my asthma medication for a weeks time. I called them and went in to the store every day and still no medication. They faxed the wrong office AGAIN and after they told me wrong information that "I would have to be seen by my doctor for a refill". When I finally spoke to my drs aid I was told NO REFILL NEEDED AS THEY FAXED A REFILL LAST MONTH. When I addressed this issue to the pharmacist he was snide, condescending and ignorant. He did not want to accept any accountability for the mistake he and his technicians made thus causing me to have difficulty breathing over a weeks time! I immediately switched pharmacy to smiths and they had no difficulty filling my prescription within the hour. However not having my medication had resulted in my oxygen level to drop to the point of having to go to the emergency room and needing oxygen and now I have a respiratory infection due to the negligence of this staff. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU RELY ON MEDICATION DAILY. I would suggest the staff here take a refresher course on courtesy, service, accountability and how to work their computer system because they seem as if they have no training what-so-ever. I will never use this pharmacy or recommend it to anyone!"
