"This place is terrible even if you wanna get tested for COVID. When I was explaining that the website wouldn't let me press submit so I could schedule an appointment, She kept trying to walk me through stuff. She finally goes "I guess I'll just have to do it for you, but that defeats the purpose" I don't know what the hell her attitude is about. But what a horrible experience. They kept telling me to call 1800 Walgreens, but their customer service is ran by machines and doesn't get me to a person for help. Which I explained to them. Their ability to listen to and understand problems is hampered by their desire to not work"
