"I have never been more surprised and shocked by every aspect of a business as I am with Motion tire. From the time of arrival, level of professionalism, shocking low price, and the ease of payment still shocks me and I am a week out. We mow pipeline right of ways and broke a valve stem clean off. Couldn’t find anyone within our area to get to us that day or even commit to the next day. I called Motion tire and Daniel the manager didn’t hesitate he gave me his personal number and sent Colton the tech right away. Colton was there faster than they said and we were way back off the road but yet he came right to us and didn’t have any issues. He was so quick and didn’t waste anytime, had the tire fixed and us back mowing within 2.5 hours of the initial breakdown. The bill was $480 which I am still shocked by how cheap it was. No one would come, no one would commit, no one seemed to care. These guys didn’t think twice even with the long drive and the treacherous cow trail he used to get to us, they came and conquered and we are still amazed. You may think this sounds to good to be true and I promise if I didn’t witness it with my own eyes I would say the same thing. We have posted their name and number everywhere and have told everyone we know about Motion tire. They may not be perfect but I am not sure how much better they could be. Thank you Daniel and Colton. The only thing I wish they could change is the ability to leave a tip for the tech on the bill. I ask but it wasn’t available and I had to use a company card to pay the bill and had no way of sending him a tip separately. He deserved a tip and I wish I could have been able to give him one thru the bill. Thanks again guys"

"Last two times I’ve needed tires done I’ve came here, but my last time needed two tires and an alignment was way overcharged. Two tires for a total of $350 and a $99 alignment= $449 my total comes out to $644 plus them taking almost 3 hours to get it done. I’m not so sure installation and taxes equals $195 but that’s what it is, also not to mention they completely put the wrong tires on another persons car and sent them out so they had to take everyone of of what they were doing and put the right ones on when they came back."

"Edit... Took my truck in on Friday after work and they got the issue fixed without hesitation great group of people who actually care about others and making things right. Best place in town. Only complaint I have is one of my new tires cooper discoverer AT3's was only aired up to 25 psi. I was a little irked but things happen. The GM was working the front desk learning the ropes of that spot and the CEO was doing the GMs job and both of them were very friendly. They honored the online price of the tires and had old tires off and new ones on balanced everything in less than an hour any other tire shop in town wouldn't have been as accommodating especially on a Saturday when they all close at noon. Thanks guys you really impressed me keep up the good work."
