"Box truck was leaking coolant so we looked up repair shops and were recommended here. We called ahead of time and he said he'll take a look at it even if our truck was too big to fit in his shop. Other mechanics in Texas just assumed the problem, had no clue where to even start, or wouldn't take a look until Monday. Joey got straight to work and found the problem almost immediately. Ran a quick test to double check and sure enough it was just a loose hose. Price was good, conversations were good and all in all the experience was amazing. Definitely go to him if you need repairs."

"I've never taken the time to review companies on the internet, but I felt the need to this time. I've never tried to have a calm, sensible conversation with someone like Joey, only to be given an earful of explicit language, and hung up on two times in a row. I had a friend deliver a radiator to his shop to be cleaned. When I got the it back, it was just as dirty as it was to start with. I took a regular garden hose and sprayed debris out of the radiator AFTER he "cleaned" it, so I'm sure to never go back. Tried to reasonably talk to him about a refund (or even partial refund) due to poor workmanship, but he threw a big fit. I tried to calm him down, but he continued by saying, (Explicit language omitted), "Yeah, just bring it in and I'll fill it full of mud and punch a couple holes in it, then I'll give you the refund." He and Charlie (both on the phone at this point) continued by telling me to man up and come to the shop to "discuss" this in person, then proceeded to tell me I was a coward, when really I live about 2 hours away and don't get to the area but about once every month or two. Otherwise I would have definitely confronted them in person. I had an orange radiator to start with, and when I got it back, it had been given a shoddy black rattle can paint job. The paint was peeling off all the fins, showing the bright orange underneath. He said I was lucky he painted it, but now I have to strip and repaint with the correct color, so more work for me."
