"The level of disgust i have for this company is not capable of rating with stars. The one positive is when we called they did show up on a timely manner to replace a trailer tire and trailer airbag. Due to a family crisis i was not on the ball checking in on the driver seing how things wear going. This was a Thursday. So Friday i get a call from them saying the invoice is over $2,600 and they email the invoice to the company email for my approval. Still dealing with the family thing i am not able to make it back to the office in a timely manner and dont have the energy or time to dispute a incredibly high invoices so my office personal put payment in the mail and emailed them back with all the payment info and that its on the way. That was all friday. So sunday roles around and as im standing at the pulpit talking my phone literally goes off back to back to back for 15 minutes until i finally excuse myself and go outside. When i awnser they immediately start threatening that they are going to call the sherriff and have him come out for non payment and that they are driving to my house as they speak. Trying to wrap my head around whats going on i explain to them my office advsed them of the payment being sent off wich they say they disnt get and that if i didnt get them proof by 5 they would have a sheriff at my doorstep. So i took the time got the sent email screen shotted it and text it to him. He got it and kept on trying to act tough. I told him i was at a funeral and needed to go. He replied quote( I DONT GIVE A F**K WEAR YOUR AT ) trying to keep it professional as he continued to threaten saying how long hes been in this buisness and if he dont get that payment i know whats coming to me i was just trying to get off the phone to get back inside. At the end of the conversation he says quote ( I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR FUNERAL ) and hangs up. We're still half contemplating turning the recordings of the conversation in to the BBB."

"My truck went down dumped at least 100 gal of fuel going down road. I called sat all night before they came out. They showed sat morning. We spent some time because fuel solenoid had a bolt broke. And one missing. We did not know about broke bolt til later in day. We got truck back to shop spent sat and sun in motel. Monday mech went got a new solenoid. The only problem was mech was putting it on wrong kept leaking. After we figured that out I asked owner about charging me for all of it. I can tell you this much he made it right!! I mean right. I was not over charged for the incorrect work and when done it was done right."
