"Where to start. We were driving from AZ to NJ and the AC compressor seized up and snapped the belt. My roadside assistance got me to the closest open shop at that was Thirsty's. I really got lucky here. We ended up in Erick for a cpl days since the part had to be ordered... but they were wonderful. He gave us a ride to the motel back and forth and kept us updated with everything. Amazing service, great work, more than fair pricing and honestly 2 of the nicest guys you will ever meet. There are a lot of places that could have taken advantage of the situation I was in... but they did not. I can't say enough about how good they are. And the owner went above and beyond to make us feel better about the whole thing. We are now back on the road and noone ever wants to break down in the middle of a 2500 mile drive... but since we did, we couldn't have asked for a better place for it to have happened. Thank you so much for everything!! You guys are awesome!"

"Had some tire trouble traveling west, thank goodness they were available and answered our early morning call. He didn’t have the exact tire we needed but he made it work so we were able to make it to Amarillo, without his help we probably would have had a blow out on the highway."
