"I will give them 0 star if I can. they deserve none I asked them for help to tow a truck, the guy who picked the phone told me 5hours waiting time, I said yes. after 3hrs waiting , I called them, they said they are not gonna send tow truck to me and the guy said he is gonna block my number. what a horrible service. "I broke down with a bad transmission while hauling a trailer from NY to AZ, on a Sunday near Shamrock Tx, and called Irish Road Service. They were there within 20 minutes and towed me and my truck and trailer back to their shop. The next morning they hauled me and my truck 100 miles to Amarillo to a transmission shop. They were courteous and professional. They stored my trailer for the several days my truck was being fixed. I really appreciate their help."
