"What a wonderful time for the whole family! If you have some previous riding experience you will have the pleasure of getting to know and riding these stunning gaited horses. This was the most gentle and easy canter I have ever experienced. Sue Ann is very thorough when you sign up. Her gentle while detail oriented approach is meant to care for you and the horse. She really gets to know you to make sure you enjoy the riding trip while staying safe. We were given meticulous instruction about how to cue the horses, hold the reins, and the correct posture. While a bit intimidating at first, all the guidance resulted in an incredibly smooth and fun ride. My husband and I felt like we were much better riders at the end of the day! My 10 year old daughter (who has previously had riding instruction and feels comfortable cantering) had a blast! First, she enjoyed grooming and bonding with her stunning horse. During the ride Sue Ann was very patient and playful with my daughter which made the ride even more enjoyable for all of us. Sue Ann also shared some interesting knowledge about the history of the horses, the land and the plants we encountered. Amazing people, gorgeous horses and such a memorable ride! FYI, the overall experience lasted twice as long as we expected, so leave some extra time to enjoy it fully."

We not only had the most incredible ride, we had incredible horses and company!! Words can’t describe the experience Sue-ann and Jody provided.. I’ve never laughed so hard in my life! "What an amazing ride. Sue Ann and Susan are absolutely lovely. This is the best and most fun trail ride I have ever taken. These horses are so comfortable to ride. I have ridden for about 40 years and this was by far the most fun I have had on a rented horse. The horses are so smooth. I do agree with Sue Ann that you need to be an experienced rider. I highly recommend going out with them."
