"Really amazing looking park... I wanted to walk around, and check it out with my puppy, but there were 2 issues: They were closed, and the sign said "no dogs allowed " Because of this, I wasn't able to enjoy this park, although it does look really nice, and I appreciate the history."
"Super cool, historic spot! Visited with a young men's group and enjoyed looking at the historic objects, buildings, and reading the information about the pioneer history. The tower was a highlight and the museum had neat stuff in it, too. I'll be back again with my own kids to share this neat place!"
"You can go inside the fort! I remember coming here when little and you could get in the fort and climb up the ladder. There was a dark time when the fort was always closed. I love walking around this historical park and checking out the grounds of my great great grandfather. Highly recommend a quick stroll down to the stream."
